Produced by the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance\, SHINE has created nearly 170 murals throughout downtown and the surrounding arts districts since 2015. \nVOAF Innovare Mural Coming Soon!\n\nThe VOAF Innovare team and residents are thrilled to be part of this incredible mural festival that is well known around the city of St. Petersburg.
