DESCRIPTION:This event is part of The Home Depot Foundation’s 2025 Celebration of Service\, a nationwide campaign supporting veterans and their families through safe\, affordable housing improvements. Tarpon Village Apartments offers affordable housing for low-income residents\, including veterans\, and this volunteer effort will help create a safer\, more welcoming environment. \nA dedicated team of 25 to 30 Team Depot volunteers will work throughout the day performing critical improvements including: \n\nRefurbishing and painting the playground swing set\nReplacing old mulch with durable rubber mulch in the playground\nPower washing parking areas\nRestriping parking spaces\nRepainting curbs\, speed bumps\, and ramps\nMulching landscaped islands
