WELCOME TO OCALA RITZ VETERANS VILLAGE
The Ocala GPD Program provides clinical treatment, transitional housing, and individualized case management for Veterans experiencing homelessness in Marion County, Florida. The program is designed to help Veterans stabilize, rebuild their lives, and prepare for independent living through safe housing, structured support, and access to therapeutic services.
The program supports Veterans in identifying and achieving personal goals related to education, employment, health, entitled benefits, spirituality, relationships, and community engagement. With a strong focus on housing stability, wellness, and long-term independence, the Ocala GPD Program offers coordinated care, life-skills development, and resources tailored to each Veteran’s needs. Through a supportive, goal-oriented environment, Veterans are empowered to transition successfully into the community and sustain long-term independent living.

Who can qualify for this program?
- Must be a Veteran with Honorable, General, or Other Discharge
- Must have had 1 day of active duty
- Must be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless
What are the requirements to remain in the program?
- Remain clean and sober
- Be engaged in finding permanent housing
- Attend all medical and behavioral health appointments
- If applicable, pay program fee monthly
