- Palm Bay’s “Space Coast Commons” VOAFL’S proposed development has received a positive recommendation for funding from the credit underwriter. This moves us towards the upcoming Florida Housing Finance Corporation Board meeting scheduled for December 2023. At this meeting, the crucial vote for funding approval will occur.
