• “Thomas Pines,” a new affordable housing development presented by Ad Meliora Community Development and Volunteers of America of Florida. The development will consist of 35 units, with twelve allocated to extremely low-income Floridians. Addressing Marianna’s affordable housing crisis, this unique development will offer a safe and stable home for 35 individuals or families.

Space Coast Commons

• Palm Bay’s “Space Coast Commons” VOAFL’s project has passed successfully at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation Board meeting.
