WELCOME TO THE BEN SINGLETON CENTER
The Ben Singleton Center GPD Program provides transitional housing and supportive services for Veterans experiencing homelessness in Jacksonville, Florida. The program is designed to help Veterans stabilize, rebuild their lives, and prepare for independent living through safe housing, structured case management, and individualized support.
With a strong focus on housing stability, wellness, and community reintegration, the program offers life-skills development, access to behavioral health resources, and coordinated care tailored to each Veteran’s needs. Through a supportive, goal-oriented environment, the Ben Singleton Center GPD Program helps Veterans work toward long-term independence and successful transition back into the community.

- Individual and Group Psychotherapy
- In-Service and Post-Service Referrals
- Treatment for Veterans recovering from Substance disorders
- Monthly events
- Basic utilities covered
Who can qualify for this program?
- Must be a male, 18 years or older
- Must be a Veteran with General, Other, or Honorable Discharge
- Must be homeless or in danger of becoming homeless
- U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA)
What are the requirements to remain in the program?
- Remain clean and sober
- Be engaged in finding permanent housing
- Attend all medical and behavioral health appointments
- If applicable, pay program fee monthly
