At Creekside Manor, resident *Mr. Thompson had been successfully living independently despite a gradual decline in his health. Favoring his independence, he often refused assistance. Staff regularly schedule health-conscious activities for all residents, such as on-site blood pressure checks. During one of these checks, the team noticed that *Mr. Thompson’s blood pressure spiked to a dangerous level. Thanks to quick action from the team, he was rushed to the hospital for immediate attention.
